In our efforts to continue to support our residents and staff, Three Links is pleased to announce that on July 1st, the increase in Care Aide hours was implemented. We have increased the Care Aide hours by 3.75 hours during the day and 3.25 hours in the evening for a total of 7.0 hours per day.
This increases the total Care Aide hours from 159.25 to 166.25 hours per day.
The Care Aide hours have been extended to allow for more time to provide care, assist with meal service and provide supervision for residents. This change in care hours is one of several goals Three Links is focusing on to enhance the quality of our services to residents and staff.
