In collaboration with the Hospital Employees Union, Three Links was excited to host a Job Fair today for care aides that were laid off by Pro Vita in March.

This event is a key milestone in the process to transition care aides from their current private employer to Three Links staff over the summer and fully unify our team.

At the Job Fair, care aides had the opportunity to identify their preferred work shifts and shape their future. Following the Job Fair, Three Links is planning to offer all the care aides employment based on their choices and established seniority.
